All Because of Jesus

In his first letter to the Corinthians, the Apostle Paul begins by thanking God for the Corinthians -- for all that they have in Christ. He doesn't begin by focusing on the reports that he has received about them or the questions they have written to them about. What is first is what the Lord Jesus is doing.

That's a great way for us to approach difficult interactions with fellow believers -- remember and acknowledge what God is doing in their lives. If we do it thoughtfully and with a desire to celebrate our Lord's grace in their lives, it can be a game changer.

The salvation that we have, the relationship with God that we have been brought into, the privilege that we have of making a difference in our world are all because of Jesus. Celebrate our Lord with us today.
